IT’S. VOLUME. 5. BABYYYYYYYY!

While I’m not particularly a massive fan of femtanyl as some people are (if you’re on reddit, check out the r/femtanyl board. You’ll see what I’m talking about here) I still enjoy the music to a degree, considering she’s in my last.fm top ten, and have considered making music videos for her music in the past.

Okay, so we might be getting to that point already where I have more motivation to be doing other things rather than writing blog posts & such. But that’s not a problem for me! This is the beginning of my Variatarium posts on this site, detailing a bunch of stuff I did this week. One of these might appear from time to time when I have just had a lot of things going on.

Disc design tools broke, it’s time to review another album. Or EP, to be correct for once. This short sorta-ambient foray is the work of ClaireLiz, who I discovered like, two months ago through youtube recommendations. It’s a neat EP!

Have any of you watched Firefly? That TV show from 2000-something? Not the movie, Serenity, I choose to ignore that except for the “I aim to misbehave” part. If you haven’t already, I suggest you watch Firefly if you feel like it, it’s a really good show in my opinion. Fuckin’ space cowboys.

Hey, one of these used to be my ringtone! I had to review it some time, and I couldn’t manage to cram it in to the Wall of Sound column. I won’t uselessly ramble on this song for too long, it’s simple enough to just say this has been one of my favourite projects to come out of england since I began listening to Massive Attack.

There was a brief time after the analog television shutdown in 2009 when the weather channel in my city kept on trucking with their broadcasts on VHF. This was really good news to my family, who at the time was within the same pool as more than a million people who didn’t even know the shutdown was occurring.

Hey again! I just wanted to outline some more plans before cutting straight to content, just to give myself some more rigidity in terms of what I’m wanting to do with this site.

Hello! Welcome to the full release of my website. I’m Flint, or Flynnt, or Flynntl, or at this point whatever alternate spellings you can think of because there’s too many names I’ve used over the years. This is the full initial release of this site, and I’m hoping to populate it as quickly as possible with music reviews, CD mixes, and whatever automotive blogging I feel like in between. I also do “art” sometimes so there’s a possibility I’ll be posting that too.
