Hey again! I just wanted to outline some more plans before cutting straight to content, just to give myself some more rigidity in terms of what I’m wanting to do with this site.

On top of regular blog posting I’m aiming to catalogue as much music as possible, in both album reviews and CD mixes. The album reviews will hopefully be posted weekly, might be more often. CD mixes will be posted as often as I can put them out, which probably means every month or two on the account of that I like to design packaging and disc art for each mix. You’ll be able to see one of my album reviews in the next day or two as I fine-tune the static hosting code. I also might drop one of my all-time favourite CD mixes in the following days, but that’s kind of up in the air, as I want to figure out how to include audio previews and how to release the full CD master and the design content.

Along with this I’ve also been working off and on with a physically-published zine idea called MSG: Extra Potent. The pitch of the idea is a zine of collaborative art from some of my friends, who are actual artists. It’d start off with just two people working on each page before being combined to have pages of four people, and so on until I run out of friends. It will be a very short zine!

And of course, I’ll be doing regular automotive posts about the machine. Some might be briefly tacked on at the end of normal posts, just going like “hey I poured 19 gallons of glue into the gas tank” or something like that. Again, I’m not sure how much I can do with my vehicle at the moment, considering it’s the only car I have and if it stops working I’m just boned. I might be buying my roommate’s dented Acura in the coming months as he’s going to be replacing that sooner or later, so I might just be able to jump into modifying the Toyota right after. We’ll see!
